The Booking Request

A request, not a confirmation.

Submitting the booking form sends us your vehicle, dates and details. It does not guarantee availability. A member of our team reviews every request and follows up to confirm the vehicle, dates, requirements and total.

A reservation deposit may be required to secure an advance reservation. The amount, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking. Any reservation deposit paid is applied toward the total refundable security deposit, so only the remaining balance of the security deposit is due at pickup. Same-day rentals may not require a reservation deposit.

Online reservation payments are not connected on this site yet. Until they are, no payment is collected here and deposits are arranged with you directly.

Requirements

What you need to drive.

21+ Minimum Age
Renters must be at least 21 years old. Certain vehicles carry a higher minimum age.
Valid Driver's License
A current, unexpired driver's license is required at pickup and must match the reservation name.
Rental Agreement
A signed rental agreement is required before keys are released.
Security Deposit
A reservation deposit may be required to secure an advance reservation. The amount, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking. Any reservation deposit paid is applied toward the total refundable security deposit, so only the remaining balance of the security deposit is due at pickup. Same-day rentals may not require a reservation deposit.
Balance At Pickup
Rental balance for the booked days is due in person at pickup, with the remaining security deposit.

Pickup Location

Pickup is arranged in the Miami area and confirmed with you before your rental. The exact meeting point is shared once your dates are confirmed.

Delivery

Delivery may be available on request. Coverage area and any delivery fee are not published yet — ask in your booking request and we'll confirm what's possible.

At Handover

We walk the vehicle with you, document its condition, verify your licence, and complete the signed rental agreement before keys are released.

Rental Rules

How we keep these cars right.

Four rules matter most. Read them before you request your dates — you'll acknowledge them on the booking form and again in the rental agreement.

Rule 01

No Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle. Any smoking inside the vehicle will result in a deduction from the security deposit for cleaning or related damages. Smoking is permitted only with prior written permission from the Owner before the rental begins. Any ashes must be properly disposed of in an ashtray and may not be left in cupholders, door pockets, storage compartments, or any other area of the vehicle.

  • 04Ashes must be disposed of in an ashtray; they may not be left in cupholders, door pockets, storage compartments, or any other area of the vehicle.

Rule 02

No Speeding — 100 MPH Limit

Driving 100 mph or over is not permitted at any time. If it happens, the following steps apply, subject to your signed rental agreement and applicable law.

  • 01First violation: a formal warning.
  • 02Second violation: half of the security deposit is retained.
  • 03Third violation: the remaining security deposit is retained and Grails Exotics recovers the vehicle.

Rule 03

Any Damages Affect Your Deposit

You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during your rental, from upholstery and seats to wheels, paint, or hitting a curb. Damage may reduce or forfeit the security deposit that is returned, and significant damage may require additional payment from you beyond the deposit amount.

  • 01Any damage to upholstery will result in a deduction from your deposit, in an amount determined by Grails Exotics.
  • 02Damage to seats, interior, exterior, wheels, or bodywork may also affect your returned deposit.
  • 03The security deposit may be partially or fully retained based on the cost and nature of the damage.
  • 04Damage exceeding the deposit may require additional payment from the renter.
  • 05All damage claims are handled according to the signed rental agreement and applicable law.

Rule 04

Return It Clean

Vehicles should be returned in the same condition they were given. Small items, bags, or other minor belongings left behind are not an issue. At drop-off, the Grails Exotics representative inspecting the vehicle determines whether the car requires a detail and the applicable fee, based on the condition at return compared to how it was given. If a detail is required, that fee is retained from your security deposit and typically ranges from $100 to $200.

Rule 05

Return It With the Same Fuel

The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel it had when you picked it up. If it comes back with less fuel, the cost of refueling is deducted from your security deposit.

  • 02If it is returned with less fuel, the refueling cost is deducted from your security deposit.

These rules are part of the rental agreement you sign at pickup. They are applied reasonably, in line with that agreement and applicable law, and vehicle-specific terms may add to them.
